The Vista will be a new waterfront community with 149 Lots (100’ wide x 155’deep, 15,000 sf minimum) located on 175 rolling, wooded acres along Lake Wylie in York County, SC off Hwy 274 in Clover, SC. While there is lake frontage, the water in this location is not deep enough to launch power boats but would be a great place for kayaks and canoes. This location provides convenient access to Lake Wylie, shopping and local restaurants.

The property will be built under the "Cluster" provisions under the current zoning ordinance. We are in the process of determining which builder(s) will be involved and will update this site as we obtain more information.
