MT Land focuses on the acquisition and Development of raw land, but also provides consulting services for others including Land Owners, Investment Firms, other Developers, and Home Builders.

 

Some of the services we provide:

 

Property Analysis

• Evaluate a property to determine factors such as current allowed uses, water and sewer availability, topographic issues, geographic issues and potential for rezoning.

Entitlements

• Once a property is identified, we will manage the entire entitlement process from rezoning through engineering/permits. We manage all subcontractors including soils, surveys, environmental studies, traffic studies, meetings with all government agencies and title studies.

Project Management

• Once entitles, we will manage the construction of the subdivision or commercial center per the guidelines approved through the entitlement process for builders or investment groups.

​

Property Development

• We develop Lots and sell directly to builders.
