Poplin Village

Poplin Village is located on Unionville Indian Trail Road in Union County, NC adjacent to the Monroe Bypass. Poplin Village consists of approximately 150 acres with convenient access to Charlotte and Monroe.

The plan for the property is for a mixed use community with a residential portion consisting of single family homes and town homes. The commercial portion of the project will consist of retail space, restaurants and other conveniences like gas stations, high end grocery store, coffee shops, etc.

Our goal is to be able to provide a high quality, affordable, pedestrian friendly community (lots of walking trails and open space throughout) with a large community amenity center (pool, playground, meeting space, gazebo with picnic tables, tennis/volleyball/basketball court, etc.). We expect home prices to be starting in the low to mid $200’s for the town homes and the single family homes in the upper $200’s going up to the mid $400’s.

Having recently completed the rezoning of the property, we are now working with Union County Public Works to bring sewer services to the area. Once complete, we expect construction of the property to begin in early spring 2020 with the first homes constructed in the fall of 2020.
