On Monday October 28, 2019, the formal submittal for Rezoning and Annexation of the Overlook at Riverside Project was provided to the Town of Cramerton. A copy of the proposed rezoning  is available through the link to the right. Also provided for reference is the presentation from the August work session.

In the near future, a neighborhood Public Information meeting will be held to share the proposed plans with the community. The letter will come from the Town of Cramerton and will be mailed at least two weeks prior to the scheduled meeting date.
