Secrest Commons is a mixed use community planned for Monroe, NC on 124 acres near Highway 75 and MLK Boulevard. The project will consist of 8 acres of commercial/retail space, 192 town homes and 280 active adult homes. A preliminary site plan is provided to the right.

 

The Town Homes on the west side of MLK Boulevard shall be priced from $180,000 to $215,000. The Town Homes shall have a playground and walking trails throughout the site.

 

Two separate commercial and retail services shall be located within the community. Multiple large commercial developers are examining the property for potential uses.

 

The single family portion of the property can be either active adult, market rate or a combination of the two. Prices will start in the mid to upper $200's.

 

The property went through the rezoning process in March of 2018 and we plan to have home sites available starting in the spring of 2020.
