A community meeting was held from 6 pm to 8 pm on Tuesday November November 27th at the Gaston Christian Church located at 5339 S. New Hope Road, Belmont, NC. At this meeting, we discussed the changes that have been made to the site plan as a result of the previous community meetings and meetings with the multiple Gaston County agencies.

Some of the changes made to the plan based on comments from the community include:

• Increasing the buffers along the property boundaries

• Relocating pump stations

• Removed apartments

• Removing connections to Lake Wylie Road to limit traffic

• Reduced home sites from 1,900 to approximately 1,500 homes (~3 homes per acre)
